Kay Falls Trail

Rating: 1 star.

Use: Hiking.

Difficulty: Easy.

Distance: 150 m.

Description: A very, very short trail that leads to some pretty cool waterfalls. For as many times as I have actually driven by these falls, it is surprising how long it took me to actually stop, hike the five minutes and take a look. Worth it if you aren’t in any big rush.

Directions: Drive West on Hwy 1. Just past the Enchanted Forest look for a small pullout on the south side of the highway. Pretty sketchy U-turn heading westbound. Better to hit the pullout going east. Park well clear of the highway. Pick up on the faint trail.
