Rating: 2 Stars.
Use: ATV, Biking.
Difficulty: Easy. (mostly downhill)
Distance: 14 km one way, 30 km if you don’t have two vehicles for a shuttle and want to do the entire loop.
Description: Only mentioned here because it is a trail (old road) used by the Revelstoke ATV Club but it could make a nice afternoon ride if you are looking to bike somewhere different and still be in the subalpine. Also a good option early summer or late fall when our alpine trails are snowbound.
Directions: Drive west of Revelstoke on Highway 1. At the top of the hill past the Three Valley Gap Resort hang a left onto the Three Valley – Mabel Lake FSR. At 4.7 km take a left and drop one vehicle. Backtrack to the Three Valley Gap Resort. Hang a right on to the Three Valley – Victor Main FSR. Stay on the main road until you find yourself under the power lines. (there are a few branch roads and recent logging so it would be handy to bring your GPS). Get on your bike and enjoy the ride.
