Rating: 2 stars.
Use: Rock Climbing Area, Hiking.
Distance: < 1 km.
Description: This trail is mainly used as access to reach the Waterworld Climbing Area from above. It also provides a really cool viewpoint over the Revelstoke Reservoir. Pack a lunch and enjoy the views from the picnic table at the top of the Gangplank Crag. Be aware that this is a ‘climbers’ trail. Sketchy trail, sheer cliffs, certain disaster for small children.
Directions: Drive approximately 11.2 kilometres from the Highway 1 and Highway 23 North Intersection. Look for a trail leading into the woods on the left. Note that there is no real parking area. Park as far off the highway as possible without ending up in the ditch.
