Distance: 9.0 km one way.
Description: This is the well used Sale Mountain Downhill Bike Trail. Otherwise known as ‘Martha’. Over 5000 feet of vertical descent. If you are a Downhill Biker, this is a must do.
Directions: Drive north from Revelstoke on Highway 23. Go past the Martha Creek Provincial Park Campground. Turn right onto the Sale FSR. From here it is a 15.4 km drive to the BC Hydro Microwave site. Look for the start of the trail on the south side of the building.

As of mid September 2013 the Sale FSR has been graded. Nice to see. It was starting to get a little rough. Good to go now.
